Event description

TS Ken is expected to affect Antigua and Barbuda, St. Kitts and Nevis, Montserrat and Anguilla within 12–18 hours. Very heavy rainfall, strong gusty winds, and thunderstorms. Flash flooding, landslides, river overflow, impassable roads, and possible evacuations.

Instructions

Residents in low-lying and flood-prone areas should move to higher ground and remain in a safe location until the all-clear is given. Mariners should remain in port and seek safe anchorage.
