Event description

Rising moderate long period swells are reaching the area and causing very hazardous conditions mainly along northern-facing coastlines. Possible impacts could include coastal flooding, beach erosion, disruption to marine industries and the presence of rip currents.

Instructions

No one should enter the water of the main warning areas due to the dangerous and hazardous conditions which could possibly result in loss of life. Extreme caution should be exercised even when using alternative areas. Please continue to monitor these hazardous, life threatening marine conditions.
